1 General Terms & Conditions and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Valki platform (valki.id) and all its services. By registering on Valki, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Valki operator and the member. These terms apply automatically whenever you use any of Valki's services, games, promotions, or features.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali; however, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.

Valki reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on Valki, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Online gaming must be legal under the laws of your country.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.
  • Each individual may create only one account.
  • Accounts cannot be opened in another person's name or using proxy information.

During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number accurately. If false information is found during KYC verification, the account may be terminated and the balance forfeited.

If a duplicate account is detected for the same person, all balances and bonuses across both accounts will be forfeited and both accounts will be permanently closed.

Valki reserves the right to verify any member's KYC information. A copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence may be requested when necessary.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

  • Valki reserves the right to void bonuses if fraudulent bonus activity is detected.

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, claiming bonuses under a false identity, or misusing bonuses in any way will result in all accounts being terminated.

5 Gaming Rules & Accountability

All games on Valki are supplied by third-party providers and operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Valki does not interfere with game outcomes.

  • If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be considered void.
  • If your internet connection drops during a game, the outcome will be determined based on the data saved on our servers.
  • Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • The provider's own terms and conditions apply alongside Valki's terms.

6 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Policy

10 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Valki and a member, we will first attempt to resolve it directly through our support team. The support team typically responds to complaints within 48 hours.

  • Complaints regarding game outcomes will be resolved based on game logs and server data.
  • For payment disputes, transaction proof must be submitted to support.
  • If the matter cannot be resolved through support, a complaint may be submitted to the licensing authority.
Withdrawals from the account in question may be temporarily suspended while a dispute is being resolved.

11 Legal Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
